Page for Maps, Stranded; High Seas & Airborne will have Interactive maps for Salvage, Artifacts & Loot boxes. Information pending
Special thanks to Xeno for the map images (haven't uploaded them yet, but they'll be up soon).

Airborne is the map added in the Wings and Weapons update, the first to have no water, the first to have AI enemies and the first to have missions for a campaign instead of one singular goal. The map is mostly a desert but has smaller areas like the Skylands or Ruins, and large areas like the Maze Valley or Pirates Peak.

High Seas is the first DLC map added to Trailmakers. Suggested by the name, High Seas is an ocean based map that introduced waves and wind. While the map itself is Sandbox, there is a minor narrative and side quest where you collect artifacts, after collecting all artifacts for a certain station you receive a 1x1 decorative trophy block.

Dethrone island is a small island which is only accessable through multiplayer. The map consists of a main island with a lighthouse and an assortment of small cliffs and canals, there are a few smaller islands and floating islands close by, the center of the main island has a "capture point" which is the main and only POI on this map, and by the name suggests, you play King of the Hill on this "capture point"

Space Sector is a free map that was released in the 1.7 Spacebound update in October 31st 2023. The map consists of 4 planets and one space station as the main point of interest. Other POIs include 2 ships and an asteroid field containing a planetoid in the centre. Due to limitations with the game's physics, all planets (except the Asteroid) have linear gravity instead of spherical gravity.

The Test Zone is a featureless, blank slate that doesn't have any function despite its large border. The map itself (despite its limiting features) is a useful place for testing vehicles in a big area with no obstructions or terrain. Due to the maps design, its also the only map that has the lowest GPU usage, therefore higher performance and framerate.
